Introduction of a new FreeFone number for callers to the Borough Council's Environmental Services Help Desk.
From 1 February 2006, callers wishing to request services such as bulky waste collections or pest control, or report problems such as litter, flytipping, abandoned cars, or missed refuse collections etc., will no longer have to pay for the call. The former number 01234 227227 will be replaced by FreeFone number 0800 121 8888. Please note that callers wishing to report highway maintenance or street lighting problems should contact Bedfordshire County Council's Highways Helpdesk on 01234 228661
